This coffee is a tribute to West Virginia's birthday,June 20, 1863. It is a medium roast blend of two of our favorite beans, Nicaraguan and Tanzanian Peaberry boasting a wild yet fruity brightness and wonderful medium acidity.
West Virginia has several nicknames but my favorite is Wild and Wonderful. Much of WWest Virginia' terrain is untouched and is therefore a preservation of nature and her gorgeous beauty.
Thus, the nature of nature West Virginia is wild and at the same time it's wonderful. We created this coffee to companion folks while on their own wild and wonderful journey whether that be in West Virginia or beyond.
